Operational challenges arise as national programs strive to reach the targets established by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the control and elimination of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). The Coalition for Operational Research on Neglected Tropical Diseases (COR-NTD) is a multi-donor funded research consortium designed to support operational research to improve the effectiveness of NTD programs.
