Lead For Ghana (LFG) is a leadership development and network organization nurturing a nationwide movement of leaders expanding educational opportunities to all children in Ghana. We recruit Ghana’s best and brightest recent university graduates and young professionals to teach Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, and English, in challenging environments in Ghana through a two year leadership development fellowship. Participants of the LFG program are called fellows. After the fellowship, fellows are inducted into the LFG Alumni Network: a group of leaders bound by a shared experience of teaching in low-income communities, and driven by a shared purpose of eliminating educational inequity in Ghana as they ascend to leadership positions in all sectors.
