The Zendesk Foundation is committed to supporting inclusive and diverse public benefit organizations that do not promote or discriminate against on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, or military status in any of its activities or operations. Any organizations that are found to discriminate in their provision of services and/or hiring practices based on any of these or other relevant criteria may be deemed ineligible for funding consideration.

The Zendesk Foundation may support faith-based organizations on the condition that said organization does not require exposure to, or conversion to any religious doctrine in order to be a beneficiary of the program or an employee of the organization.

Any organizations supported by the Zendesk Foundation must adhere to fundamental human rights principles. We do not knowingly support grantee organizations that endorse, support, or promote violence, terrorist activity or related training, whether through their own activities or indirectly through their support of, support by, or cooperation with other persons and organizations engaged in such activities.
