The Ministry of Youth, Gender, Sport & Culture informs the youth that a CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS for the Youth Development Fund (YDF) for the financial year 2024/25 is now open for submissions at all Districts effective Wednesday 7th August 2024 until Friday 20th September 2024 at 1500hrs.
The threshold for YDF financing remains at P100 000.00 for individuals and P450 000.00 for youth industries/co-operatives. Funding is in the form of a 50% grant and 50% interest free loan. Funding will be targeted towards sustainable startups and existing self-financed youth businesses with evidence of prudent financial records and attractive prospects for expansion and job creation.
