The Excellence Scholarship for French Grandes Ecoles is the result of a partnership between the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports (MENPS) and the French Embassy in Morocco. Each year, the Franco-Moroccan selection committee awards 200 social coverage scholarships (BCS) to Moroccan students admitted to the 1st year of a Grande École of Engineering or Business in France. This 3-year scholarship, which is part of the MENPS merit-based scholarship program, enables the selected students to obtain French government scholarship status, as well as the associated benefits.

1. The BCS is awarded to students for the duration of their studies in France, 3 years. It is combined with the merit-based grant awarded by the MENPS.
2. The BCS entitles students to the status of “ French Government Scholarship Holder ”, with all the associated benefits: - Exemption from tuition fees at French institutions under the authority of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR - Ministère de l'Education, de la Recherche, de la Solidarité et de la Solidarité); - Exemption from differentiated fees for students from outside the European Union; - Coverage of health insurance; - Free visa fees; - Reimbursement of Campus France application fees; Registration.
