Programme Structure
- 1 Month Induction: Intensive onboarding to understand our culture, safety standards, and operations.
- 4 Month Rotation: Gain exposure across Manufacturing, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and other business functions.
- 7 Month Deep Dive: Specialize in your chosen function with real project responsibilities.
- Mentorship: Every Graduate Trainee is paired with an experienced mentor for guidance and career development.

Requirements for Lafarge Africa Plc Graduate Programme Qualification
- Graduated no later than January 2023, with a minimum of Second Class or its equivalent.
- Degrees in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and related disciplines.
- 0 - 2 years of work experience or any Plant environment exposure is an advantage.
- Comfortable with digital tools, data analysis, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Active participation in student organizations, volunteer projects, or internships is an added advantage.
