2025 NNPC/Oando Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) for Nigerian Graduates

The NNPC/Oando Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) is a unique opportunity to develop recent graduates who have the potential to become leaders, and in the medium to long term strengthen the local oil and gas talent pipeline.

In the 18-month programme, applicants will participate in structured experiential learning from some of the best minds the industry has to offer; to prepare them for career opportunities within the sector.

About Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is the state oil corporation which was ?established on April 1, 1977. In addition to its exploration activities, the Corporation was given powers and operational interests in refining, petrochemicals and products transportation as well as marketing. Between 1978 and 1989, NNPC constructed refineries in Warri, Kaduna and Port Harcourt and took over the 35,000-barrel Shell Refinery established in Port Harcourt in 1965. Requirements for Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) Qualification

The Programme welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Not older than 26 years as of January 1, 2025.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025.
  • Possess no more than two (2) years of work experience.
  • Achieved a minimum of five (5) B’s and two (2) C’s in WASC, SSCE, or GCE O-Level in a single sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
