The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs.

Requirements for Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program Qualification

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Robotics Engineering.
  • Must be a recent graduate 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
  • Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
