The African School of Regulation (ASR), with support from GET.transform, is offering twenty (20) scholarships to support participation in the online component of the Power Sector Regulation in Africa (PSRA) course.
To ensure that the learning outcomes directly strengthen regulatory practice on the continent, these scholarships are exclusively reserved for women staff of energy regulatory authorities in Africa.
The African School of Regulation (ASR) aims to be a centre of excellence for independent discussion and knowledge exchange with the purpose of improving the quality of African energy regulation and policy.

The scholarship programme is structured in two stages:
Online course scholarships
•Twenty scholarships covering full participation in the online component of the course.
In-person course scholarships
•The ten best performing participants in the online course will be selected for the in-person component.
•This scholarship covers travel, accommodation, and participation in the residential session in Accra.
