About ISHK Tolaram Foundation

Ishk was set up as the next step in a 100-year history of philanthropy at Tolaram.  In naming IshK Tolaram, our founder Mohan Vaswani combined the names of his parents, Ishwari and Khanchand and that of his grandfather, Seth Tolaram. Requirements for ISHK Skills Acquisition Program Qualification

• Aged between 18-35 years
• Based in or near Lagos, Nigeria
• Have a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent 
• Currently unemployed and seeking long-term employment
• Have a guarantor who can vouch for you

• If you fit our criteria above, click here. Read the information sheet to know what to expect and submit your application!
• Once we receive your application, we will schedule a time and date to meet with you at Ishk Skills Hub so we can get to know you better
• If we find you suitable for our program, you will be enrolled to begin your training in leadership and personal effectiveness
• Once you complete Soft Skills training, you are ready to begin training in your chosen skill with our partner institutes
• After you complete vocational training, you will be placed at an internship for 3 months to receive on-the-job training
• After graduating from the program, alumni can access workshops and facilities to continue their professional development
