Requirements for CardinalStone Graduate Trainee Program Qualification
Requirements
- 0 - 2 year’s experience in a client-facing/sales role
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division)
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must not be older than 26 at next birthday

Interview date, Process and Venue for CardinalStone Graduate Trainee Program
Investment Advisory (Sales):
- Advise clients on investment portfolios as well as provide personalized investment strategies and build long-term relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Sell the firm's products and proffering alternative investments and products within the group in a bid to increase Assets under Management (AUM), while also driving the customer acquisition objective of the company.
- Consistently manage and nurture existing client relationships to facilitate repeat business and retention through our end-to-end financial services.
- Grow ‘new-to-firm’ business by actively prospecting through new and existing client relationships
- Follow market trends and stock movements and suggest alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities.
