BMW Group South Africa is calling on enthusiastic and talented graduates who may be interested in applying for the 2026 Graduate programme. The programme is aimed at graduates who will complete their studies at the end of 2025 or have completed their studies within the past 18 months and are currently unemployed. Graduates will be based in Gauteng at BMW Group’s National Sales Company (Head Office) in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Qualifications:

• A university degree or higher with an average pass mark of 65% in the following career streams:
• B.Com/B.Com Honours Finance.
• B.Com/B.Com Honours Accounting.
• Business Administration.
• LLB.
• Marketing.
• Communication.
• Media Relations.
• Health Services Management (Degree/Diploma).
• Human Resources.
