Requirements for TotalEnergies Internship Program Qualification

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, or
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Business Management.
• Less than 1 Year work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of vehicles and vetting.
• Verification of vehicles for Compliance.
• Loading of vehicles on the system to ensure readiness.
• Ensuring and reduction of HSSE incidents.
• Scheduling vehicles for loading.
• Executing the load scheduling.
• Debriefing of the loads and ensuring deliveries are planned in advance.
• Reporting of KPI’s.
• Processing of accruals.
• Verification of the loads and processing the invoices.
• Ensuring benchmarking and loading of the transport rates.
• Training on Basic PATROM, Safe-to-Load (STL) and vehicle Inspection.
