Coca Cola HBC 2025 Technical Trainee Program for Nigerians

The Coca Cola Nigeria Technical Trainee Program offers hands-on practical training of the company’s production processes, a monthly stipend, and a career development opportunity for selected candidates.

The Technical Trainee Program is a non-residential training that runs for 18 months and is divided into two phases:

• First 12 months (this phase will take place in Lagos): You will undergo both classroom and hands-on training in the following areas: Basic Bottling Process, Industrial Mechatronics, Automation and Process Control Engineering, Machine Shop Operation, General Fittings and Welding, Utility Maintenance and Operations and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Final 6 months: You will be assigned to one of our eight production plants across Nigeria for on-the-job training, where you’ll gain practical experience in real production environments.

Requirements for Coca Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program Qualification

To be eligible for the 2025 Coca Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

• Be a Nigerian 
• Have a minimum of an OND in Engineering
• Be interested in kick-starting your career with Coca-Cola.
• Be ready to commit 18 months for the program.

You will undergo both classroom and hands-on training in the following areas:

• Basic Bottling Process.
• Industrial Mechatronics.
• Automation and Process Control Engineering.
• Machine Shop Operation.
• General Fittings and Welding.
• Utility Maintenance and Operations.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control
