Aim and Benefits of Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program
- International rounded experience: We work with nearly 100 brands and operate in 29 markets. You will handle international projects, with a culturally diverse team.

Requirements for Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program Qualification
You have up to 3 years of experience after graduation - maybe in management, economics, finance, engineering or a related field (but your background doesn’t have to fit a box).
You already show a spark for leadership - whether through student organizations, NGOs, sports, start-ups, or other initiatives where you took the lead.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program
The program runs for 18–24 months, starting in April 2026. Expect diverse experiences that will challenge you, sharpen your self-awareness, broaden your perspective, and build essential leadership skills.
