The ECOWAS Immersion Program for Young Professional Graduates is designed to provide young graduates from Member States with practical exposure, institutional experience, and professional development within ECOWAS institutions and agencies. The next batch of young graduates on the program is scheduled to start from February to December 2027. The launch of the programme will formally open the application process, which will be widely publicized across Member States to encourage strong participation and ensure transparency in the selection exercise.
The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), also known as (CEDEAO in French), is a regional political and economic union of fifteen countries located in West Africa. Collectively, these countries comprise an area of 5,114,162 km2 (1,974,589 sq mi), and in 2015 had an estimated population of over 349 million.
