FSDH Group Management Associate (MA) Program

Requirements for FSDH Group Management Associate (MA) Program Qualification

The program is targeting candidates with 4-5 years of experience. This program aims to develop future leaders by providing them with challenging career opportunities for growth within the FSDH. The program will cater to vacancies in pre-management level roles within the Group.

Eligibility Criteria

• The program will be for young Nigerians in Nigeria and in the diaspora 
• MBA or a related master’s degree from a recognized institution. 
• Professional qualification – ICAN, CFA, ACBIN, 
• 2.1/First class in the first degree
• A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong analytical skills.
