Aim and Benefits of Imperial College London Undergraduate Scholarship

Each successful scholar will receive a cash bursary of £9,500 per academic year to cover maintenance/ living costs. Scholarship amount will be reduced if the awardee is in receipt of the Imperial Bursary to cap the total funding to average of upper cost of living band.

The award is for a maximum of 4 years, excluding repeat periods of study.

Requirements for Imperial College London Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

o be eligible, candidates must have attained the conditions below by Friday, 30th May 2025:

1. Have an offer of admissions from the College to study a three-year or four-year full-time undergraduate course from the Departments of Chemical Engineering, Earth Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering starting in autumn 2025;
2. Possess a Home fee status;
3. Qualify for the College's contextual admissions route .

To apply for this scholarship, applicants need to complete the following steps by the deadline of 11:59 pm (UK local time), Friday, 30th May 2025:

1. Submit a UCAS application form for your course of study from the 4 Departments in the Faculty of Engineering and have an offer of admissions; and  
2. Complete the scholarship application form (Personal statement is required for this application, please refer to the instructions on the form.)
