Global interns are assigned to client engagement teams and work alongside talented KPMG professionals. If you’re selected, you’ll get placement support including visa, flight and lodging cost coverage and KPMG’s Global Mobility team will help you get the most out of your international experiences. During your internship, you’ll be assigned a performance manager and mentor to ensure you have the tools, resources and support to achieve your professional and personal goals.

• We’ll also want to understand how much international exposure you’ve gained on your own, as well as your motivations for pursuing a global internship. The interview process gives you the opportunity to make a personal impression and gives us more information so we can match you with an appropriate international location.

Interview date, Process and Venue for KPMG Internship Programme

While the first interview is conducted with the Human Resources Recruitment Team and the Department Manager, the final stage is the Partner Interview. You may find the qualifications we seek in candidates in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section. If we have more than one job openings which would be suitable for our candidate, we introduce the candidate with all relevant managers. At the end of the process, we make proposals to our favorable candidates while we notify the unsuccessful candidates via e-mail.
