Kuda Bank Growth Internship Opportunity for Nigerian Graduates 2024

Kuda is seeking an intern to work with the Growth team and assist with daily tasks and projects. Administrative work, platform and process administration, research, and campaign setup will all fall under this category. Although this position will fall under the growth marketing department, it will also give the employee the chance to work with growth products, growth data, and a variety of other experiences. 

The responsibilities of the intern are:

• Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as reporting, preparation of slide decks, Notion documentation, etc.
• Monitor and update platform management processes (audience lists, campaign tagging, content organization, naming conventions, etc.).
• Conduct competitor and customer research to support growth initiatives.
• Support the team with campaign setups across different platforms (digital ads, lifecycle messaging, etc.).
• Liaise with other teams to help drive projects forward.
• Assist with testing new features and troubleshooting potential bugs within the tools that we use.
• Explore ways to utilize available (or new) technology to improve team operations and unlock efficiencies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
• Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements for Growth Internship Opportunity Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
