Requirements for Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee Programme Qualification
- Graduated no later than January 2023, with a minimum of Second Class or its equivalent
- Degrees in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
- Comfortable with digital tools, data analysis, and remote collaboration platforms
- 0–2 years of work experience or any Plant environment exposure is an advantage
- Active participation in student organizations, volunteer projects, or internships is an added advantage
