The Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a highly selective talent development initiative designed to identify, develop, and connect outstanding young graduates across Nigeria. The programme brings together high-potential individuals for an intensive two-day, in-person learning and leadership experience focused on preparing participants for life and career opportunities beyond academia.
YTP challenges participants to think critically, collaborate in teams, develop capstone projects, and present innovative solutions to real-world problems. The programme goes beyond traditional training by combining academic excellence with professional exposure, leadership development, and career positioning.
At its core, YTP is built on three pillars:
Lagos Business School (LBS) is the graduate business school of Pan-Atlantic University, owned by the Pan-Atlantic University Foundation (PAUF), a non-profit foundation registered in Nigeria.
