National Development Banks (NDBs) are government-owned or controlled financial institutions with a specific mandate to support socio-economic development. They provide financing and other services, like guarantees and advisory services, to specific sectors or initiatives aligned with national development goals.

Requirements for Graduate Trainee Program Qualification

The ideal candidates will possess:

Education: Graduates not later than the Class of 2023 with the following degrees

• Data Science,
• Cyber Security Analytics
• Digital Banking,
• Process Optimization
• Agribusiness Management

The prospects should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience: No work experience required. Previous internship is a plus, but not mandatory.
