About Nokia Foundation

Established as an initiative of Nokia Oyj in August 1995, the Nokia Foundation promotes and supports scientific development and education throughout Finland’s information and telecommunications technology sectors. Requirements for Graduate Internship Program Qualification

• Preferred major in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering students or Computer Science (Software Engineering)
• Preference: Graduation year in 2023 - May 2024
• A strong command of English language is mandatory
• Strong soft skills 
• High level of commitment and availability during the internship period
• Technical Skills (added advantage): IP/MPLS fundamentals; BGP VPRN/VPLS/EVPN services; Python, Java or C++; Vagrant, Ansible, SQL, JSON, YAML, Redhat; Fedora, KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine), VMware; scripting; AI/ ML; Network Automation; Network Security; Intent driven networking, WDM/OTN and G.709 standard, REST API, NETCONF/gRPC.
