One Capital Graduate Programme

Aim and Benefits of One Capital Graduate Programme

• Intensive 4-week training in both advisory and sponsor related topics.
• 24-month programme.
• Exposure to corporate and regulatory advisory services for a wide range of JSE listed companies.
• Mentoring and continuous coaching, including on-the-job training.

Requirements for One Capital Graduate Programme Qualification

• South African Citizenship / Permanent Residence / Work Permit
• Recently completed or will complete an undergraduate / postgraduate degree in the following subjects in the upcoming year:
  • BA / Bcom Law / LLB;
  • BAcc; or
  • Bcom / BBusSc Accounting / Management Accounting / Finance / Economics.

Interview date, Process and Venue for One Capital Graduate Programme

• If your application is successful, you will be invited to participate in high level competency and detailed professional tests.
• Successful applicants will be invited to panel interviews at One Capital’s head office in Illovo, Johannesburg.
