Rotary clubs in the district are hereby invited, to participate in the DEWEF Scholarship Awards for the pioneer 2024-2025 Rotary Year.

You are to invite brilliant but indigent students within your community who are in federal or state  Tertiary Institutions in Lagos and Ogun State, Nigeria

Requirements for Rotary/DEWEF Scholarship Program Qualification

Application is open to:

• Indigent student, brilliant and of good morals
• Students must be schooling in either Federal or state higher institutions in Lagos or Ogun
• First year (100 Level) and are now in their second year (200 Level)
• HND 1 with ND Results
• NCE, 200 Level (3.5 GPA/CGPA on a 5point and 3.0 on a 4point scale)

NB: Children of Rotarians are not eligible to apply.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Rotary/DEWEF Scholarship Program

Selected applicants are expected to be interviewed and screened by the clubs.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified to attend a further screening/interview at the District Office

Documents Required for Application

Applicants are to submit:

• Letter of recommendation from the applicant's Institution of Higher Learning
• Relevant academic credentials,
• Result of first year examinations

How to Apply

Interested candidates are expected to apply through the Rotary Clubs in their community

Selected candidates are to be recommended to the District, for the attention of the undersigned (i.e, Chairman, District DEWEF Scholarship Committee not later than the deadline)
