The programme will provide graduates with hands-on experience, exposure to real-world business challenges and the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. Aim and Benefits of Standard Bank Group Graduate Programme

Key responsibilities:

• Learn how to define, test and validate product idea using data driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and enhance products that drive business growth.
• To develop and drive Transaction product strategy aligned to SBG strategy
• Simplify delivery and ensure market leading product design, coordination, and prioritization around product development, management and enhancement.

Requirements for Standard Bank Group Graduate Programme Qualification

Honours qualification in: 

• Accounting
• Finance
• Business Economics

Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.

Minimum requirements:

• South African Citizen
• Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months 
• Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
