Transcorp Ignite Young Engineer Development Program 2025

Transcorp Ignite Young Engineer Development Programme Applications are now open. 

The program will run from January to December 2026 in two phases: an initial three-week learning session followed by a rotational placement across Transcorp’s power plants, including real-life experiences, work exposure and other learning interventions. Successful participants will be considered for permanent roles within the Transcorp Group.
