Aim and Benefits of University of Wollongong Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship

30% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of an eligible course

Requirements for University of Wollongong Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible for the scholarship students must;

1. be an international student 
2. enrol in a UOW Master's (Coursework) degree at an Australian campuses in 2026. The following degrees are not eligible: Master of Psychology (Clinical), Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Master of Teaching (Primary and Secondary), Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, Master of Social Work (Qualifying), Doctor of Medicine
3. have outstanding academic results (75+ WAM or equivalent)
4. students must not be receiving any other scholarship, sponsorship, bursary, or discount (excluding stipend scholarships) for the same course.
5. maintain a minimum cumulative Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50
6. students who transfer will no longer be eligible for the scholarship

Application Deadline

How to Apply

No application is required. Students will automatically be considered for this scholarship after they must have applied to study in the school.
