Young Leadership Development Programme in Sudan 2026

The Young Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) is a dynamic and innovative leadership and professional-development programme designed to empower young Sudanese by equipping them with the values, knowledge, and practical skills required to thrive in the professional world. The programme focuses on communication, leadership, innovation, critical thinking, and on-job training, preparing participants to contribute meaningfully to community development and social change.

Participants receive 85 accredited hours of coursework plus on-job training through our non-degree professional development programme (IYF-accredited, diploma-equivalent) focusing on:

• Office management, protocol, operations & finance

The Federation Internationale de la Jeunesse in English International Youth Federation (IYF), is an international non-profit youth organization network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral, and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide.

Young participants have access to a number of key benefits offered through the program, such as:

• Developing a spirit of leadership and participation,
• Receiving a certificate of participation upon completion of the program, and obtaining a leadership diploma accredited by the International Youth Federation

Requirements for International Youth Federation Young Leadership Development Programme Qualification

• Be young Sudanese aged 18-38
• Preferably be fresh graduates
• Demonstrate motivation to develop leadership, soft skills, and professional competencies
• Be committed to participating in courses, innovation project, and on-job assignments
• Show interest in community engagement and personal development
