The Young Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) is a dynamic and innovative leadership and professional-development programme designed to empower young Sudanese by equipping them with the values, knowledge, and practical skills required to thrive in the professional world. The programme focuses on communication, leadership, innovation, critical thinking, and on-job training, preparing participants to contribute meaningfully to community development and social change.
Participants receive 85 accredited hours of coursework plus on-job training through our non-degree professional development programme (IYF-accredited, diploma-equivalent) focusing on:
