The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) is more than a leadership program. It is a launchpad for rising changemakers from the Atlantic Basin who are shaping the future through action, innovation, and dialogue.
The ADEL program, the flagship leadership initiative of the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), will hold its 12th edition from December 7–11, 2025, in Rabat, Morocco. Since 2012, ADEL has brought together over 40 outstanding young professionals each year from across the Atlantic Basin for a fully funded, transformative week of leadership development.
Following the program, participants join the Atlantic Dialogues, a high-level annual conference held from December 11–13, 2025, engaging directly with global decision-makers and thought leaders from around the Atlantic Basin for open, informal discussion on cross-regional issues.
