Requirements for Africa Emerging Leaders Programme Qualification
- Must be employed by a news media organisation in Africa
- Must be below age 35
- Must be below senior management level
- Must aspire to learn more about the business of news
- Must aim to be a future news media leader
- Must be based in Africa full-time
- Cannot be part of ownership
