Queen Mary University of London is delighted to announce its new partnership Egyptian Bureau for Cultural & Educational Affairs offering PhD scholarships across all 3 Faculties.
Queen Mary College was founded in the nineteenth century to provide education to working class people living in London�s East End. It originated from the People�s Palace Technical Colleges, which opened in 1887 and were funded by the Draper�s Company. Opened by Queen Victoria, the People�s Palace provided evening classes, a library, reading rooms and social activities. Its purpose resonates with Queen Mary today. Full tuition fees and stipend. The Egyptian Bureau for Cultural & Educational Affairs will provide a maintenance allowance of £1,592 per month. Maintenance will be paid directly to the students.
They welcome applications from Egyptian students across all academic disciplines, however, please make sure to inform your chosen supervisor at the time of applying. If you have already secured funding from the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, via the Egyptian Bureau for Cultural and Educational Affairs, or intend to apply please state this in your PhD application.
