Trainees are expected to consistently improve their performance throughout the probationary period to complete the program. Responsibilities:
- Complete training modules designed to develop the technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional skills
- Rotate through different departments or functions within TMSA to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities
- Shadow experienced employees to learn about their job duties
- Engage in mentorship activities
- Gain exposure to diverse projects
- Collaborate with other departments or functions to solve problems, address challenges, and implement the best solutions
- Contribute ideas, suggestions, and views to discussions
- Constantly seek feedback and guidance from supervisors, mentors, and peers to continuously improve your performance and skills

Requirements for Young Talent Trainee Program Qualification
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Matric Plus
- B/Btech degree in the following Engineering areas: Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical and geographically mobile.
- B/Btech degree Finance disciplines /Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification
- Work experience of 0-5 years
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Analytical Thinking
