YoungEd Fellowship is a capacity building program for young education sector professionals across Africa.

Fellows get funding to take online courses, receive masterclasses from industry experts and participate in think-tank groups to foster collaborative research and shared learning on critical areas of a thriving education sector. Upon completion, Fellows are equipped with broader perspectives, expanded skills and a professional community to help them advance their careers.

Requirements for Young Educators Fellowship for Young Africans Qualification

  • An African between 20 & 45 years old
  •  Studying to become an educator or working in any profession within the education sector
  • ?Committed to participating in collaborative research on topics in any of the career tracks above
  • ?Able to articulate a unique and compelling vision for building a profession in the education sector
